The Chico’s store I usually go to is store # 00269. Great job By Carolyn! She was helpful to me in choosing clothes and really taking the time to care. She searched for my size and made some very helpful suggestions. I would give them a 10 on everything, but now I find that the store i shopped is not as well stocked as other locations. This is my impression of the Chico’s store.

  1. My daughter and I shopped there on Saturday – Jordan Creek Mall Store No. 00487. We just love that place. We love the women – and the service. So helpful, yet they allow you to find your own thing too if need be. 40% off this store wide event – who would want to miss out on a deal like this. I purchased a couple of clearance jackets which came to around $22.00 apiece – WHAT A DEAL!! I went to check out and Mary suggested pick up a tank top same color – of course it was not on the clearance, but because of the 40% off – it made it ALMOST FREE! Who could resist such a deal. GREAT SUGGESTION! I bought it as well. Thanks for the mighty fine service ! You all are all so very busy – buy always find time to help others. Thanks again. Karen Kaufman.

    • P.S The tank was not available in the store in my size so Mary ordered it for me – it will come right to my door – and my daughter – she bought some real nice pieces as well. Both of us came out with our hands full and smiles on our faces – very pleased!!!!

I shopped at store 147 on august 14 2015 at crabtree mall had help from Karen she was so helpful and kind she never rushed me, she called until she got the item i really wanted i usually get good help but she topped it. I have been a chico’s shopper for many years. she topped it with her friendly personality and patience. Karen you can help me anyday.

  3. I have been a Chicos shopper for about 5 years since I stopped in at the Chicos in Newport Rhode Island (0029). I have never had such good service and help at any other store. I am from Minneapolis and visit Newport at least once a year (sister lives there) and I save all my shopping for this Chicos. I am from Minneapolis and have gone to several other Chicos stores, but have never had the excellent service I receive from the Store Manager, Diane Genest. A high point of every Newport visit is shopping at Chicos and having Diane’s outstanding customer service. She finds clothes she thinks I will like, exchanges sizes, gives me pointers and remembers my style of clothing from one visit to another. I am so disappointed that you are closing the Newport Chicos. It is always a full store in the summer. Hopefully there will be another place for Diane which is driving distance from Newport.
